Help from parents is welcomed; parents working in school help with reading, cooking, playing games to assist learning, accompanying educational visits and in a whole variety of ways. Parents with particular skills and interests are encouraged to share these to the benefit of all children at Cypress Schools.

There is an active Parent Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA) to which all parents belong, who work together for fund raising and social activities.
